Celebrate with us June 21, 2022 "Concert of the Minds"

"Be the change you wish to see in the world."
Mahatma GandhiDuring the last three years we have witnessed a lot of upheaval and changes in our society and in the world. We have witnessed a pandemic, national protest, riots, police shootings, school shootings, insurrections on our capital, and the threat war. These times are challenging to even the most optimistic individual. According to “PRNewswire” February 24, 2021, thirty percent of Americans have seen a therapist during the pandemic. Of course, this does not take into consideration those who could not afford a therapist or chose other ways to deal with life by abusing alcohol, marijuana, or other drugs. People are stressed out and fear dominates our every decision. We need divine intervention to help us navigate and foster positive change in our world."Concert of the Minds"
Let's take control of our life and collectively create the change we want to see in the world. On June 21, 2022, we are going to take a break from the madness and reconnect with the divine spirit and the truth that is within us, through fasting, prayer and meditation. We will create together positive vibrations that will reverberate around the world. Join us as we seek to change the narrative on our life, by taking the day to Fast, Pray and Meditate for peace in ourselves and in our world. Why Fast?
Fasting has been used by most religions throughout recorded history to free the body from daily distraction, allowing the individual to focus attention on the divine power, and all its benefits. "INHALE"Why Pray?
Prayer is a powerul tool. It fosters the sense of gratitude, gives us hope and provides a sense of well-being. More importantly, it gives us strength in challenging times. "EXHALE"Why meditate?
There is a saying that prayer is asking and meditation is listening. Meditation allows the noise to settle, so you can witness your own truths. Meditation is a method of connecting to your innate power and potential. "BREATHE"
